My name is Donna, and I’m a trauma-informed guide who weaves together sound healing, yoga, and surfing to support deep emotional healing and nervous system restoration.
For much of my life, I carried invisible wounds — from PTSD to the heavy fog of depression, abandonment, and low self-worth. The path to healing didn’t come through one modality, but through a return to the body, the breath, and the ocean.
These three practices — sound, movement, and water — became my medicine. Now, they’re the foundation of how I hold space for others.
Sound Healing
Immerse in the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments — a practice that calms the mind, supports trauma release, and reconnects you to your inner stillness.
Yoga & Embodiment
My yoga sessions are slow, intuitive, and rooted in safety. Each class invites you to meet yourself with compassion and curiosity, exactly as you are.
Mindful Surfing
Surfing is my soul language. Whether you’re stepping onto a board for the first time or seeking a more embodied experience in the water, I guide sessions that are playful, healing, and empowering.
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I believe in slow healing, in creating spaces where your nervous system can exhale, where your truth can rise gently to the surface, and where you feel safe to come home to yourself.
Everything I share comes from my own lived experience. I’m not here to give you answers — I’m here to walk beside you, hold space, and offer tools to help you find your way.
